“It’s Getting Summer, Let’s Go To The Sauna!“
Was the funny headline of something I recently saw on the internet. This is actually true, I know that 3 out of 4 people who go to the sauna regularly do so hence crazy outside temperatures.
I’m not one of them
But after reading that I kinda think about becoming one of them
“Well, having a sauna in the warm season got some great benefits to it. If you do it regularly, your body will have an easier time coping with changes of temperature and it will be able to regulate it’s internal temperature better when you really need it.

It also makes your body resistant agains sudden heatwaves and you will be able to sleep much better in hot summer nights.
Fact is, the better your bodies temperature-regulation-system gets trained, the more effective it is. People who go to the sauna regularly will be able to deal with high temperature better in everyday life”
So I’m here sweating and think about having a sauna. I really shouldn’t tell anyone… that’s why I put this on an internet blog
